Trump Claims His Indictment Has Caused Anger "On Both Sides"
In an interview on Fox Business today, Trump claimed that his indictment has angered people "on both sides." He then proceeded to spout his typical diatribe about witch hunts and how unfair it is that he has to face justice for his crimes. He called the prosecutors and judges in his cases "sick people...[who] have no idea how the world works. They have no idea they anger they caused."
He isn't even able to say the word "Democrats."
Trump: "And I'm not just talking about Republicans. We have them on both sides and we have, [pause] a lot of them."
The Democratic Party name is such a pejorative in the MAGA world that he can't even say the name of the opposing side while claiming that both sides support him. In his mind, and in the mind of MAGA, the other side isn't Democrats. It's MAGA and people who aren't MAGA enough.
It's safe to say that outside of people like Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr., Trump's indictments have not angered any Democrats.
And it's 5 indictments, Donald. The superseding indictment counts.
And then Trump's brain started buffering in the middle of the interview.
