Trump Attacks Judge’s Daughter By Name, Testing Gag Order…Again
Trump fired off two posts complaining about Judge Merchan and his New York criminal case involving hush money payment to Stormy Daniels. Trump called Judge Merchan “totally compromised” and named his daughter, calling her a “rabid Trump hater.”

Trump also called the judge and District Attorney Alvin Bragg, “biased, conflicted, and corrupt” and demanded the case be dismissed.

Trump is currently under a gag order not to attack court staff or their families, though that does not specifically apply to the judge. This attack follows another post-gag order attack Trump launched against Judge Merchan’s daughter.
It will be up to Judge Merchan to decide if Trump is violating this or if the gag order needs to be extended.
