Trump attorney and spokesperson Alina Habba appeared on Fox News Sunday today where she claimed that Trump will have no problem prepping and appearing in multiple trials, AND running for President. After 5 separate indictments on both the state and federal levels, Trump will somehow have to navigate the months long grind of running for President, while also appearing in 4 different trials in as many states in the exact same time frame.

Habba claimed she would be worried about him achieving this feat if Trump were a "normal person," but because "Trump is not your average person, he's incredibly intelligent," he should have no trouble at all spending twelve hours a day in court and another twelve campaigning. At best.

Habba: "These are not complicated facts, look at Fani. It was a phone call; a phone call that's been around forever, that he refers to as the 'perfect phone call.' What is he going to have to be prepped for, the truth?"

Apparently Habba has not actually read the 98-page indictment against Trump and his 19 co-conspirators in Fulton County, Georgia. If she had, she would know Trump is being charged with a lot more than just making a phone call: including witness harassment, obstruction, and a multi-level plot to engineer fake elector certifications and tamper with electronic ballots.

Her assertion here that Trump simply doesn't need to prep for a case of that magnitude shows us again why Habba might be the worst attorney ever. And that is just one of the cases against him.

Habba then pointed to the Republican primary debate this week, where Trump didn't even show up and is still beating his opponents by large numbers. Her insinuation being that Trump may not even have to campaign for President and he'll still win.

So he doesn't need to prep for court, he doesn't need to campaign. What exactly does Habba think Trump should be filling his days with over the next few months?
