Disgraced attorney and Trump coup plotter John Eastman appeared on Laura Ingraham's program this week and basically challenged Fulton County DA Fani Willis to search his emails and other communications to find the evidence she needs to implicate him in Trump's plot to overturn the election in that state.

Ingraham and Eastman mocked the suggestion that he could possibly be involved in a criminal conspiracy under RICO statutes to overturn the 2020 election.

Ingraham: "On that score John, that would have to be you all basically agreeing, implicitly, explicitly, that ya'll knew this was all phony, and that your decision amongst yourselves was to advance a plan to overturn the election."

To which Eastman replied, "I challenge them to find a single email or communication that supports that implausible theory."

The problem for Eastman? Prosecutors already have his emails, and they're damning. Judge David Carter has already ordered that a batch of emails be released, including 10 that detail Eastman's meeting with a "high-profile leader" wherein a plan to overturn the 2020 election was discussed.

Among them, meeting minutes from a December 8th, 2020 meeting with "high profile leader" where Eastman discussed "state legislative actions that can reverse the media-called election for Joe Biden."

Judge Carter also stated that the Trump-Eastman plan to overturn the election was "fully formed" by December 7th, 2020. That day Eastman had forwarded a memo to Trump's team on why January 6th, 2021 would constitute a "hard deadline" that was "critical to the result of this campaign."

That same day, December 7th 2020, Mike Pence asked for an urgent briefing from his legal counsel.

Eastman is screwed.

Here is the clip of Eastman speaking with Laura Ingraham.
