Donald trump has hired a new addition to his communications team, according to reports, to assist his campaign with a very unique request. According to the Washington Post, Natalie Harp is tasked with accompanying Donald Trump on golf trips and to other events "equipped with a laptop and sometimes a printer to show him uplifting news articles, online posts, or other materials."

Now, during Donald Trump's criminal trial in New York City, many court observers have noted that Trump goes through dozens of printed out articles that he reviews and redacts during the course of the legal proceedings. This is yet another example of Harp's work:

Many of these articles later make it up on Donald Trump's Truth Social account, with redactions to avoid unfavorable press. If you are thinking about how much someone is compensated for printing out these articles, look no further than recent filings from the Trump campaign with the Federal Elections Commission, which show that Harp is paid $4,375 on a bimonthly basis, or $8,750 per month.

This amount pales in comparison to some of Trump's other aides, including Jason Miller, who is paid $15,000 twice per month.

MeidasTouch began monitoring the articles Trump posts on Truth Social three months ago because we began to notice irregularities. During that time, we found that at least 25 articles sentences or whole sections of them redacted out and scrubbed. When we checked which parts, it was always things that were unfavorable to him. Sometimes the redacted sections were just very mild criticisms, but Trump cannot allow anything other than fawning praise to reach the ears and eyes of his cultists.

Trump has also paid out over $368,000 to Melania's fashion consultant out of donor money, over $50 million for his lawyers, and hundreds of thousands for his private jet. While the Biden Campaign opens up hundreds of field offices and locks in key TV time slots for ads months ahead of time, Trump is spending his donors' hard earned money on lawyers, consultants, fluffers, a private jet, hair stylists and fashion consultants.
