Arlington National Cemetery Turns Away "Ashli Babbitt Memorial Stone" Truck

A group planned to take the January 6th stone into the cemetery on Memorial Day

On Memorial Day, some January 6th parents attempted to drive a truck with an "Ashli Babbitt Memorial Stone" into Arlington National Cemetery. The cemetery describes itself as a place to "honor those who have served our nation and provide a sense of beauty and peace for our guests."

Ben Pollock, the father of two January 6th rioters who were captured by the FBI in January, created the memorial stone and drove it from Florida, according to a livestream posted to YouTube.

Their January 6th memorial stone has the names of four non-police officers that died on January 6th, Ashli Babbitt, Benjamin Phillips, Rosanne Boyland, and Kevin Greeson, along with "in honor of the ones who lost their lives on January 6th, 2021." Rosanne Boyland's name is spelled wrong on the stone as "Roseanne."

The groups was turned away by at the entrance. A man can be heard on the livestream mentioning the truck's flags, which were mounted on 12 foot polls as a reason for being denied entry. The truck contained a Gadsden Flag fading into an American flag, along with the American and colonial American flags.

Also, some of the American flags on the truck were torn, yet still were flying on the truck.

The truck u-turned and the live-streamer told Pollock not to move up. A cemetery traffic person asked the truck to move up because of buses coming out and Pollock complied.

When the truck stopped, Pollock got out and stated that Ashli Babbit should be buried in Arlington National Cemetery "right up there with Mr. Lee," an apparent reference to Robert E. Lee whose estate was converted to a cemetery after the Civil War.

While Confederate General Lee's estate was used for the cemetery, he is actually buried at Washington and Lee University. Polluck stated the four listed on the stone deserved a ticker-tape parade, and the live-streamer implied the capitol rioters were "American veterans" who fought for freedom.

Pollock then prayed thanking God for the sacrifice of the four listed on the January 6th memorial stone "in the cause of freedom."

Trump has stated that he will pardon all January 6th rioters, calling them hostages. The truth of the matter is, none of these people would have been in jail or died from the events that day if Trump wouldn't have lied about losing the election.

The actions of the rioters were not noble, they got duped by a con man, a con man who is currently trying to get back into office.
