Rudy Giuliani has officially pled not guilty in Arizona to charges that he engaged in a conspiracy to overturn the Arizona 2020 election results. Giuliani is one of several criminal defendants in the indictment that focuses on the false elector scheme that was perpetrated in Arizona following the November election.

For weeks following the issuance of the indictment, prosecutors were unable to serve Giuliani for various reasons, including the fact that Giuliani's building in New York City did not allow agents to serve him at his apartment. However, Giuliani continued to bait prosecutors by recording his podcast, and even attending an 80th birthday party for himself in Florida, where he was later served.

We are now learning that prosecutors were able to serve Giuliani at his birthday partly because of his podcasts. Prosecutors watched the podcasts and were able to obtain Giuliani's location and where he would be for his birthday party.

Giuliani now faces a criminal indictment in Arizona and Georgia, both of which carry the potential of several years in state prison.
